The Framework: The first Change Model Built exclusively for the individual

Two phases. One Transformation.

SCARED maps the emotional reality. SO WHAT builds the action plan.

Phase One - SCARED

Phase Two - SO WHAT

Phase Two - SO WHAT

Personal Change Management by SCARED SO WHAT® showing the SCARED wheel - step 1 of Scared So What.

SCARED: Maps the emotional and behavioural reality of change. An active model designed to guide individuals into critical self-reflection about their own feelings and perceptions. Not yours.  Not "What's In It For Them". Their experience.

Phase Two - SO WHAT

Phase Two - SO WHAT

Phase Two - SO WHAT

Personal Change Management by SCARED SO WHAT® showing the SO WHAT wheel. Step 2 of Scared So What

SO WHAT: Provides the framework for individuals to build their own plan - whenever - wherever, they want. What they can do, what they will do, to support the change for themselves. Ownership replaces resistance.

Personal Change Management - The Model

What is Personal Change Management?

Personal Change Management (PCM) is a defined discipline founded by Dr Grant Van Ulbrich that focuses on how individuals experience, interpret, and adopt change.  OCM models are descriptive - showing what a person may feel or what we need them to do. PCM is dedicated to the individual and it is an active methodology supporting the individual with what and how they can manage change for themselves.

What is personal change and why is it important?

Learn about it here as your first step.

STEP 1: SCARED: Understanding my feelings

Change can be exciting, scary, positive, negative and sometimes all in the same scenario.

STEP 2: SO WHAT- Plan of action

Now that you have made a decision, it's time to make your own plan to answer that question of "So What, can I do about the change?"
