How it works
From enrolment to certification. Here is what to expect.
The SSW PCM Certification process is designed to be rigorous but practical. You come away with real knowledge you can use immediately, not just a badge.
1. CHOOSE YOUR PATHWAY - Instructor or Coaching certification depending on how you intend to use SSW PCM in your practice.
2. COMPLETE THE PROGRAMME - Instructor is part online and a virtual workshop. (We do custom in house face to face workshops for organisations as well). The coaching programme is online only.
3. PASS YOUR ASSESSMENT - Both programmes require you to demonstrate your understanding and application of the SSW PCM model through practical assessment. Online test for coaches. Oral viva for Instructors.
4. RECEIVE YOUR ACCREDITATION - Globally recognised SSW PCM certification. Accredited by SSW, CPD, ITOL, and endorsed by The Oxford Review. Added to the community wall and given full access to SSW resources.
5. JOIN THE COMMUNITY - Ongoing access to the SSW PCM global practitioner network, CPD, and the latest model and app developments.
