SCARED SO WHAT offers a unique approach on personal (PCM) and organisational (OCM) change management. Our uniqueness is that while most organisational change management focuses on the organisation, we focus on the individual AND the organisation.
Global change experts and research shows that organisational change has a high propensity towards failure. And when you ask why, the answer points towards lack of focus being given to the individuals expected to carry out the change. That's where we succeed by bridging the gap between the organisation and the people who are intrinsically involved in the change.
Our company logo: At the heart of our logo is a C which stands for CHANGE. It has dotted circles within it that represent multiple changes that happen to us each and every day. A horizontal wave crosses that C and represents change to be constant and ever flowing. The logo is then supported with the words SCARED which represents feelings, actions, and decision making. It then has the words SO WHAT to represent that ever flowing question of "SO WHAT can I do or what does it mean?" Together, SCARED SO WHAT encompasses a new personal change model to help people learn how to manage it for themselves.
The SCARED SO WHAT standard app is free for individuals & educational institutions to download and use. This is made possible through the SCARED SO WHAT SOCIAL COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY (C.I.C.) that allows this service to be offered to individuals without charge.
The SSW PRO App is licensable for business and organisations.

For true change transformation and adoption, organisational change management should include the individual's own needs and consideration of personal change. You can do this by incorporating the SCARED SO WHAT methodology, app, and framework alongside the organisational change process. If you would like to include this model, the app, and the educational platform within your organisation, contact us today.

ESG has two important things in common: PEOPLE and CHANGE.
People have not been taught how to manage personal change for themselves nor others. There has not been a Personal Change Management process taught in schools, universities, churches, communities, or even in our working societies. To impact our Environment we must change. To impact our societies we must change. To create and enforce governance we must change. But how?
People within Social and SOCIETY at large must learn how to manage personal change for themselves if they are to impact change for others. This is a critical and cognitive skillset that we must teach, champion, and embed within all communities. People must learn to manage change if they are to impact and sustain change.
We urge all organisations and societies to implement Personal Change Management into the Social aspect of ESG. Doing this gives us a greater opportunity to foster change once we understand how to manage it for ourselves.
