INTRODUCTION: Managing Personal Change

What is personal change and why is it important?  You don't have to be scared of change to feel its effects. There is positive and negative change.  So don't focus on the word SCARED! 

Learn about it here as your first step.  

STEP 1: SCARED- Understanding my feelings

Change can be exciting, scary, positive, negative and sometimes all in the same scenario. Learn what you may be feeling during a change process. Understand your behavior flow in order to navigate your way through your personal change.

STEP 2: SO WHAT- Plan of action

Now that you have made a decision, it's time to make your own plan to answer that question of "So What, can I do about the change?"


SO WHAT is an interactive ACTION plan that you create to see your personal change scenario through.
